After more than two decades in advertising, Amanda Hembree transitioned from agency life to consulting to help agencies cut the chaos and scale with confidence. She spent most of her career at Signal Theory, an AdAge Best Place to Work agency, before launching Pilot Light. Along the way, she saw how clarity transforms organizations: leadership aligns, operations flow, and teams feel energized to do their best work.
An accredited Agile Marketing coach and trainer through ICAgile, Amanda helps leaders and teams build the structures and habits that make transformation last. From Fortune 500 companies to start-ups, she has strengthened creative operations so organizations can move faster, deliver stronger work, and grow sustainably.
